More Than 40 Years of Making History

Forty years represent much more than years with a company. They represent shared learning, challenges overcome, relationships built, and knowledge that continues to inspire those who join us.

The tribute, held during an event dedicated to care and safety, reinforced a belief that has always been part of our journey: a strong culture is built through example, responsibility, and a willingness to share what we learn along the way.

As Siomara Tessarini puts it: “Being part of Pinhalense represents great pride, dedication, and a story filled with learning and achievements. It is an honor to contribute to the journey of such an important company.”

For Paulo Roberto David, 40 years also represent a journey of growth and knowledge sharing: “I joined Pinhalense at a very young age, and throughout this journey I had the opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and personally. I am also happy to have shared my knowledge and helped train and develop so many colleagues, something I continue to do with great pleasure. I receive this recognition with humility and gratitude, thanking everyone who has been part of this journey.”
